Packaged & Containerized Treatment Systems
Plug-and-Play Water & Wastewater Treatment Solutions for Rapid Deployment
PACKAGED PLANTS
Complete, Pre-Engineered Treatment – Delivered Ready to Run
Our Packaged & Containerized Treatment Systems provide complete, pre-engineered and modular solutions for municipal, commercial, and industrial water and wastewater treatment applications where rapid deployment, compact footprint, reduced site construction, and operational simplicity are key project requirements.
The systems can be engineered as complete wastewater treatment plants incorporating preliminary, primary, secondary biological, tertiary treatment, disinfection, and sludge-treatment processes within skid-mounted, containerized, or modular configurations.
Depending on the required capacity, influent characteristics, discharge standard, and reuse objective, the biological treatment stage can be configured using a range of proven technologies including SBR, MBBR, MBR, IFAS/MBBR, and Submerged Aerated Filter (SAF) processes.
Complete sludge-management systems can also be integrated, including sludge storage, thickening, conditioning, and mechanical dewatering to produce a dewatered sludge cake suitable for further treatment, transportation, beneficial processing where permitted, or appropriate disposal.
In addition to wastewater treatment, we provide containerized and skid-mounted water purification systems, incorporating technologies such as Ultrafiltration (UF), Reverse Osmosis (RO), multimedia filtration, activated carbon filtration, chemical dosing, disinfection, and other polishing processes according to the required product-water quality.
By maximizing factory assembly, testing, and pre-commissioning, our packaged systems minimize field installation requirements and provide clients with a highly flexible solution that can be deployed significantly faster than conventional site-built treatment plants.
WHY PACKAGED SYSTEMS
Key Features & Benefits
Factory-built, factory-tested treatment plants that arrive ready to connect – less civil work, faster start-up, easier expansion.
Plug-and-Play Configuration
Systems are pre-engineered, factory-assembled, and factory-tested to minimize installation activities and accelerate commissioning and start-up at site.
Complete Treatment in One Modular Solution
Packaged plants can incorporate preliminary treatment, primary treatment, biological treatment, tertiary polishing, disinfection, and sludge management within an integrated treatment concept.
Multiple Biological Technologies
Systems can be designed around BIOWAVE™ SBR, MBBR, MBR, IFAS/MBBR, SAF, or other biological treatment configurations according to wastewater characteristics and treatment objectives.
Integrated Primary Treatment
Depending on the application, the system can include screening, equalization, oil and grease separation, sedimentation, coagulation, flocculation, and other required pretreatment stages.
High-Performance Secondary Treatment
Biological treatment systems are selected and optimized according to organic loading, nutrient-removal requirements, hydraulic conditions, available footprint, and required effluent quality.
Advanced Tertiary Treatment
Packaged systems can incorporate multimedia filtration, disc filtration, activated carbon, membrane filtration, nutrient polishing, and other advanced treatment stages to achieve demanding discharge or reuse requirements.
Integrated Disinfection
UV, sodium hypochlorite, chlorine, or other appropriate disinfection systems can be incorporated according to final treated-water quality requirements.
Complete Sludge Treatment
Excess sludge can be collected, thickened, conditioned, and mechanically dewatered to produce a reduced-volume sludge cake for subsequent handling or disposal.
Containerized UF Systems
Ultrafiltration can be integrated for high-quality suspended-solids and turbidity removal in potable-water, process-water, and wastewater-reuse applications.
Containerized RO Systems
Reverse Osmosis systems can be supplied as fully packaged modules for desalination, process-water production, water reuse, and advanced purification applications.
Integrated Water Purification
UF, RO, filtration, activated carbon, chemical dosing, disinfection, and polishing stages can be combined into a complete packaged water-treatment plant according to the required finished-water specification.
Compact Footprint
Equipment is arranged within optimized containerized or skid-mounted layouts, providing significant space savings compared with conventional field-constructed treatment plants.
Modular & Scalable
Additional treatment modules can be incorporated as wastewater flow or water demand increases, allowing phased capacity expansion without completely replacing the original system.
Rapid Project Delivery
Extensive factory fabrication and assembly significantly reduce civil construction, field piping, installation activities, and overall project implementation time.
Reduced Site Construction
The modular philosophy minimizes extensive concrete structures and site-built equipment installation, which is particularly valuable in remote or difficult-access locations.
Factory Assembly & Testing
Mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems can be assembled and tested prior to shipment, reducing commissioning risks and improving installation quality.
Fully Automated Operation
Integrated PLC/SCADA control provides automatic process sequencing, equipment control, alarms, instrumentation monitoring, operational trending, and system protection.
Remote Monitoring Capability
Remote supervision and diagnostics can be incorporated to allow operators and technical teams to monitor plant performance and respond rapidly to operational conditions.
Integrated Mechanical & Electrical Systems
Pumps, blowers, mixers, dosing systems, valves, instrumentation, control panels, piping, and associated auxiliaries are engineered as one coordinated treatment package.
Flexible Materials of Construction
Equipment and piping materials can be selected according to wastewater chemistry, environmental conditions, corrosion risk, and project specifications.
Easy Transportation & Installation
Containerized and modular construction simplifies transportation and allows the treatment plant to be deployed in locations where conventional plant construction would be difficult or time-consuming.
Relocatable Solutions
Where project conditions require, selected packaged systems can be designed for relocation and reuse at another site.
Suitable for Permanent or Temporary Installation
The same modular philosophy can support permanent treatment infrastructure, temporary treatment requirements, emergency response, or interim capacity expansion.
Reduced Project Risk
Standardized engineering, controlled factory fabrication, pre-testing, and minimized site interfaces help improve quality control and reduce installation and commissioning risks.
Cost-Effective Project Execution
Reduced civil works, shorter construction periods, simplified field installation, and modular expansion capability can significantly improve overall project economics.
